303 Protectant keeps UV rays from penetrating the surface by absorbing into the leather, rubber vinyl or plastic surface.
The product absorbs somewhat down and the UV protection part actually sits on the top of the surface, so as the sun's rays come down and they start to bombard the UV absorber instead of the surface.
303 Protectant is a product that does not contain any harmful silicone oils, it does not contain any dye or fragrance. We purposely designed it this way so that way as the product penetrates into the surface you don't get any residue or oil that you can feel
Plus, we did not want to provide a fragrance in there because we didn't want to give you an artificial odor and make you think that the product is working, we actually want it to work.
